Pretty & Protected Keychain Bundle Refund Policy
At Pretty & Protected, we want you to feel safe and satisfied with your purchase. Because our keychain bundles are curated sets, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Bundle Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your keychain bundle must be returned in its entirety. We cannot accept partial returns of individual items from a bundle. All components must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
We only replace individual items within a bundle if they arrive defective or damaged. If a specific part of your bundle is broken, please contact us at prettyprotected@prettyprotected.online with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement for that specific component.
Refunds
Once your full bundle is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: 7710 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale, MD 21237. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
